What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
operates the transfer booking service at and the related driver and partner applications. We decide how and why your personal data is processed, which makes us the data controller for it.
What we collect
If you book a transfer: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger count, travel dates and times, flight number if you give one, and any notes you add for the driver.
Automatically: your booking reference, the pages you use on our site, and basic technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type). We use your device location only if you ask us to — for example to place a pickup pin — and never in the background.
If you drive for us:your contact details, vehicle details, and identity documents you upload (driving licence, taxi/PSV permit, ID or passport, insurance, vehicle registration, criminal-record check). While you are on duty we record your device's location so we can dispatch fairly and show your customer where their car is.
If you book for guests as a partner:your organisation's details, your staff contact details, and the guest details you enter on their behalf. If you enter someone else's details, you confirm you may share them with us for this purpose.
Messages:anything written in a booking's chat is stored and visible to the customer, the assigned driver, the booking partner if there is one, and our staff.
We do not collect card details. When online payment is enabled, the payment provider handles your card data directly and we only ever see the outcome.
Why we can use it
To perform our contract with you — taking a booking, dispatching a driver, showing live tracking, sending your confirmation and driver-assigned emails, and handling payment or refunds.
Because we have to by law — keeping accounting records, and checking that drivers hold the licences and permits required to carry passengers.
Because we have a legitimate interest — in keeping the service safe and working, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving it based on how it is actually used.
Who we share it with
Your assigned driverreceives your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off, passenger count and any notes — they need these to collect you. If a partner booked on your behalf, they can see the booking's status and details.
We use a small number of service providers, who process data only on our instructions: Supabase (database, accounts and file storage, hosted in Frankfurt, EU), Hostinger (our servers, Germany), Google Maps Platform (address search and distance/duration for pricing), AviationStack (flight status when you give a flight number), Resend (sending email), and OpenStreetMap (map tiles).
We will disclose data where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Our database and servers are in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Some providers may process limited data outside the EU under safeguards approved for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Bookings and messages — for as long as you have an account with us, and afterwards where we need them to settle payments or resolve a dispute.
Accounting records — for the period local tax law requires.
Driver location — we keep only the most recent position for each driver, not a location history.
Driver documents — while you drive with us and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can show we checked them. Delete one at any time from your profile, though we may then be unable to offer you work.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to what we do with it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email and we will respond within 30 days.
Deleting your data may mean we can no longer provide the service — we cannot dispatch a driver to someone whose contact details we do not hold.
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can fix it. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
Cookies and similar storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember which chat messages you have already read. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Children
Our service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Children travel as passengers on a booking made by an adult.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you directly if the change is significant.
